TWISTING POSTURE for benefit of kidney, pancreas ,liver, digestion ,constipation
MARKATASAN ( 1)
Process
1. Lie down on floor
with chest facing sky and spread the hands at shoulder level. The palms should
open towards sky . Fold both legs up keeping knees and feats
together and heels should be near hips .
2. Take knees towards left side and rest left knee
on floor . Right knee should rest on left knee and right ankle should rest on
left ankle. Turn face and neck towards right side.
3. Similarly repeat the same exercise from right
side as well. Take knees towards right
side and rest right knee on floor . Left knee should rest on right knee
and left ankle should rest on right ankle. Turn face and neck towards left
side.

1. There should be distance of near about one feet between both legs
2. . Take knees towards left side and rest left
knee on floor . Right knee should rest on left feet . Turn face and neck
towards right side.
3. Similarly repeat the same exercise from right
side as well. Take kness towards right
side and rest right knee on floor . Left knee should rest on right feet
. Turn face and neck towards left side.
MARKATASAN

1.Lie down and spread both arms in level of
shoulders and palms should face towards sky.
2. Raise left leg towards sky up 90 degrees to
floor and take it towards right hand and turn the and face towards left side
and stay in this position for near about half or one minute.
3. Similarly repeat with right leg and Raise right
leg towards sky up 90 degrees to floor and take it towards left hand and turn
the and face towards right side and stay
in this position for near about half or one minute.
